This stores uses a Yahoo secure shopping cart and all order processing is currently done through PayPal, which allows you to purchase safely online using your PayPal account, debit or credit card, or echeck.

We also accept snail-mail orders sent to the above address when paid with money order, business or personal check in US Funds made payable to TigerMix.com, Inc and mailed to the above address.

Tax and Shipping Charges:

Sales Tax: Added only to orders shipping to New Jersey. Shipping: All products are shipped via USPS except Axis Percussion products, which are shipped UPS. In order to keep our prices as low as possible we use Media Mail for shipment of DVDs and Books to locations inside the USA. Outside the USA, products are shipped USPS using either Global Priority or Global Express Mail.

Return Policy:

Boxed Products - Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery for the same title only including books, CDs, and DVDs. In the case of defective hardware items, within 30 days from date of delivery we reserve the right to exchange or send replacement parts. Note: Individual manufacturer warranties may take over to extend the warranty period. Contact the manufacturer directly for detailed information.

Online Electronically Downloaded Products - Due to the un-returnable nature of these products, all sales are final.
